Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery charges depend on your location and order value. We offer free shipping on selected products or orders above a certain amount, while minimal delivery fees may apply for smaller orders. The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on your location and product availability. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
What exactly happens after ordering?

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [your customer care number/email]. Share your order details, photos, or videos of the damaged/wrong item. Once verified, we’ll guide you through the replacement or return process.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can request to change or cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation or modification isn’t possible. To cancel, go to your account → Orders → select your order → click on “Request Cancellation.”
What is "package tracking" in my orders?
“Package Tracking” lets you monitor your order status in real-time. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID and link via email or SMS. You can use this to check the delivery progress and estimated arrival time of your package.
