This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for purchases made through www.toytowngarage.com.
1. Return Eligibility
Products purchased from Toy Town Garage can be returned within 24 hours of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
All tags, labels, manuals, and the original invoice must be included.
Returns requested after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Used Products
Once a product has been used, assembled, or damaged by the customer, it is not eligible for return or replacement.
Please ensure the item is inspected upon delivery before use.
3. Suspected Damage
Sometimes, the outer packaging may appear damaged while the product inside is perfectly fine.
Toy Town Garage is not liable for damage to the packaging alone.
If the actual product appears damaged, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of the product and packaging.

4. Defective or Damaged Product
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or repair, depending on availability.
Return process:

Our support team will verify the request and guide you through the return shipping process.
The shipping cost for returning the product must be borne by the customer, unless the issue is verified as a manufacturing defect.
Please email images/videos of the defect to validate your claim.
Without proper proof, claims for defective items cannot be accepted.
We will confirm the eligibility for a replacement.
If approved, a replacement will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
Replacements are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, we may offer a refund or an alternative item.
5. Incorrect Product
If you accidentally hand over a wrong or incorrect product to our courier partner during return pickup, Toy Town Garage will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of that incorrect item.
6. Discounted & Offer-Based Products
If an order was placed using a coupon or promotional offer, and products from that order are returned, the offer benefit will not be included in the refund.
For combo or bundled offers (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free), all products related to the offer must be returned together. Partial returns will not be accepted.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel an order before shipment, log into your account at www.toytowngarage.com, go to My Orders, and click on “Request Cancellation.”
Orders are subject to product availability.
No refund will be issued for price changes after the order has been placed.
Toy Town Garage reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice in exceptional cases (e.g., stock unavailability or payment issues).
8. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
