1. Shipping Coverage

Toy Town Garage (www.toytowngarage.com) ships to all major locations across India, with a few exceptions based on courier service availability.
Orders placed before 12 PM are shipped the same day, and orders placed after 12 PM are shipped within 24 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

We ship orders on all working days except Sundays, National Holidays, and Regional Holidays that affect warehouse operations.

2. Order Verification (COD Orders)

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our customer service team will verify the order by calling the registered contact number.

• We make up to 3 call attempts, followed by a WhatsApp verification message.

• If the order remains unverified for 3 days, it will be automatically cancelled.

3. Shipping Charges

• A fixed shipping charge of ₹49 is applicable on all orders below ₹500 (excluding taxes, discounts, and coupons).

• For orders above ₹499, free shipping is available at select locations.

• In certain areas where additional courier charges apply, an extra ₹50 may be added for orders below ₹999.

Shipping charges are non-refundable in case of order cancellation or return.
Toy Town Garage reserves the right to modify shipping rates at any time without prior notice. Updated charges will reflect on product and checkout pages.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

For most pin codes serviced by reputed courier partners, delivery time is 3 to 5 business days from the date of shipment (excluding Sundays and holidays).
For heavier items like ride-on cars, jeeps, or bikes, delivery may take up to 7–10 business days depending on the destination.

Please note that:

• Delivery dates mentioned in the confirmation email are tentative and may vary due to logistics or external delays.

• In case of unavoidable delays beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, natural calamities, strikes), Toy Town Garage will not be held liable.

• We may cancel your order if the shipment becomes untraceable or delayed excessively, and a full refund will be processed for the cancelled product(s).

5. Hidden Charges

There are no hidden charges. The price displayed on the product page and checkout is final and all-inclusive (inclusive of GST and taxes). You will not be required to pay any additional fees at delivery.

6. International Shipping

At present, Toy Town Garage does not deliver outside India.
Customers abroad can place orders using Indian-issued credit/debit cards or online payment methods, provided the delivery address is within India.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with the courier partner’s name and tracking number.
Please note:

• Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to appear online after shipment.

• If you do not receive a tracking email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
